Everyday Banking - responsive pages
I was involved in creation of design for responsive pages for HSBC Online Banking Global Platform. The key performance indicator was to deliver responsive user experience solutions that can be deployed across 20+ markets.
My task was to provide responsive visual designs and specifications for development team aligned to the latest HSBC Brand Guidelines. I based my designs on the wireframes and business requirements and enhanced the user experience by providing custom solutions to maximise the value of the deliverables provided.
HSBC Neighbourhoods | Native mobile app
HSBC wanted to explore ways to support customers throughout the home buying process in order to increase brand consideration in the mortgage market. The HSBC Neighbourhoods proof of concept connected customer needs with location based data (transport, education, lifestyle, property values) to inform the decision making process.
Using third party data sources including Gov.uk, Zoopla and Google, ’Neighbourhoods’ was designed to deliver accurate results to match potential locations with lifestyle preferences. Customers would be able to compare neighbourhoods using criteria such as commute time, access to schools and the availability of local services.
